These LiFeP04 batteries have a faster charge time compared to NiCd or NiMh and offer the longest life of any lithium battery. You must use a LiFePo4 Charger for these batteries. At 200ws the small Battery provides 250 flashes per charge and the large provides 500 flashes per charge. LiFePo4 Battery technology is a safe style of Lithium chemistry available, it does not experience the thermal runaway of other lithium chemistry like Li-Po. They are very lightweight and offer over 2000 recharge cycles compared to NiCd and NiMh at around 300.
